Memorial Ride In Atlanta For Jenny Ewing
Just before we visited Atlanta this summer, a cyclist was murdered on the Silver Comet rail trail that runs West from Atlanta's Northwest suburbs to Alabama. Her name was Jenny Ewing.I didn't know Jenny but her death struck a chord. For this reason, I was glad to hear that a memorial ride in Jenny's honor will take place on the trail. The ride begins on Saturday, September 23rd at 8:00 a.m. and there is likely to be a large crowd of cyclists participating.
I encourage any cyclists in Atlanta to make this ride (or a portion of it) if they can.
